Susan Engle
Director, Human Resources

Susan Engle brings over 25 years experience in the Advertising industry focusing on Human Resources. In her role at Mediasmith, she is responsible for Human Resources and Office Administration functions, covering Recruitment, Hiring, Performance Management, Employment Policies, Practices and Communications, Training, Benefits, Compensation and Office Administration.

Prior to Mediasmith, Susan spent three years as the Director of HR Planning and Administration for Visa International. In addition, Susan spent 22 years at Ketchum Communications as SVP, Corporate Director of HR & Facilities. In that role she was responsible for Corporate HR practices as well as Real Estate and Administration for all US locations.

Susan has volunteered for the Foster City Library, the Senior Coastsiders in Half Moon Bay and the Big Brothers and Sisters Organization. With a strong adoration for fine cuisine, she also enjoys cooking for others and is working diligently on her wine education and collection. In addition, Susan shows an affinity for jazz and is a 30 year running attendee at the Monterey Jazz Festival.

Susan is a graduate of San Francisco State, with a BS in Organizational Behavior.
